Henninger Lager
There is very little information available about Henninger Lager. The only reliable description we have found is from a retailer LCBO: “This lager is crafted in the classic Bavarian style. You’ll find notes of honey, malt, cereal grain and baked bread. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation and a thirst-quenching finish, this is perfect for grilled sausages or pork schnitzel and roasted potatoes.”
Henninger Lager has a 4.8 ABV. There is very little other reliable nutrition information. It has an “Okay” rating on Beer Advocate.
Our Review of Henninger Lager

Recently I have tried several German beers, mainly lagers, pilsners, wheat beers and marzens. The lagers have ranged from very good to spectacular. Henninger Lager was the first one that wasn’t that great. It wasn’t as clean tasting like the other German lagers and wasn’t much different than any basic American lager. If you watch the video, the comment I made was that if someone offered me one at a party, I would drink it, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it. The two Weihensphaner and other German lagers were much better.
For better German beer recommendations try Erdinger Weissbier, Ayinger OktoberFest, Warsteiner German Pilsener, Franziskaner Weissbier, Weihenstephaner Original Premium Lager, Weihenstephaner Kellerbier and Weihenstephaner Vitus.
